ABOUT THE ROLE The primary purpose of the Multi-Combination (MC) Truck Driver is to safely and efficiently operate MC trucks as used by Qube as part of its operations. Local and Linehaul transport operations to be completed. Specific Responsibilities Efficient operation of the site’s vehicles Complete all necessary associated documentation (such as the preparation and signing of cartage dockets and service requests) Follow appropriate company procedures Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of deficiencies in the delivery of product Take good care of vehicles / plant under your care Ensure compliance with all Main Roads Heavy vehicle operating guide lines Ensure compliance with fatigue management Ensure compliance with loading requirements, axle weights, adhering to vehicle specific permits Safety, Health & Environment In addition Zero Harm reflects our belief that we operate in an environment where risks are managed and that work does not impact on our people’s health and wellbeing.
