Contract Managers – Electrical / HVAC / BMS background Project Managers – Construction / Electrical / HVAC background Supervisors (Maintenance) - M&E / HVAC Electricians (Maintenance) – Unrestricted Electrical Licence HVAC Technicians (Maintenance) – AC&R Trade, Restricted Electrical ARCtick Project Coordinators – strong administrator or Resi Property Management experience Skills and Attributes  Australian Driver’s Licence 5 years post-apprenticeship experience within commercial or government premises for trade roles.
