Haverick Meats is one of Australia's leading foodservice meat distributors. We provide the highest quality meat products to restaurants, clubs and pubs, steakhouses, entertainment venues, airlines, hotels and healthcare providers. We are located in Botany.
We are looking for Meat Portion Cutter / Pick Packer who have drive and ambition to succeed in a fast paced environment. Hours of work are: Monday - Friday 05.00am to 01.30pm.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- Read and understand product codes; PLUs and batch labelling.
- Able to pack bulk meat products into vacuum pack bags.
- Experience in operating various packaging and labelling machines.
- Work with butchers and warehouse staff to manage raw materials and finished goods.
- Attention to detail.
- Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
- Work autonomously and in a team environment; and
- Able to work in a cold environment (5 degrees).
