Papandrea is a highly acclaimed local producer of premium Italian style smallgoods, including salami, fresh sausages and cured meats, located right here in Western Sydney.
We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our growing team and learn the art and traditional techniques of salumi making!
You will receive comprehensive training in preparing meat batches with award winning recipes in our production facility, with a pathway to grow and learn all aspects of our hand crafted processes to become a master salumi maker.
The successful candidate must be passionate about fine food, be willing to learn new skills and looking for a long term career in an exciting business & industry.
- Full Time position, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- $25 – $30 p/hr depending on experience

Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience working in food processing, meat processing, food manufacturing, food service.
Open Drivers License and own transport is a must.
Hours of Business are:
- 5:00am - 2:30pm Monday
- 5:00am - 2:30pm Tuesday
- 6:00am - 2:30pm Wednesday
- 6:00am - 2:30pm Thursday
- 5:00am - 10:00am Friday
