We are currently seeking an experienced leader with a passion for Meat Production and a talent for driving operational excellence.
Reporting to the Production Coordinator, this hands-on position will have you play a crucial role in overseeing the production floor's workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of production line workers
- Ensuring that production targets are met
- Safety protocols are followed
- Products consistently meet our quality standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in a similar leadership role
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong focus on safety
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to changing production demands
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
