What You Will Be Doing
WorkPac are looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our client at Yarwun mine site. You will have previous experience working with:
Maintenance for mechanical assets across the refinery, unplanned breakdown or plant limiting work, troubleshooting and problem-solving equipment failures and improving reliability of equipment
Identifying defects and providing feedback on asset health and performance
Confined space and working at heights activities
Able to work autonomously, being reliable and positively contributing to the maintenance team. Understanding the requirement to maintain assets in a safe and reliable condition
Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives which will involve working with many different disciplines within the organisation
Promoting and identifying Health and Safety opportunities to improve equipment, processes, and behaviours
What You Will Need
Australian C Class Manual Drivers Licence
Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate
Working at heights
Confined space
White card
