THE COMPANY:
- Has been established for over 30 years as a high performer in manufacturing of small DC drives (Microdrives) plus other mechanical and electronic components.
- They service the medical, telecommunications defense and OEM sector.
THE ROLE:
- You need to be both a good team player and able to work independently on a variety of Assembly projects at any one given time.
- Have a thorough mechanical aptitude and understanding of a variety of mechanical components.
- Confident in using a variety of hand held tools and power tools.
- Able to read and interpret drawings for assembly of goods.
- Able to work at a bench for various periods of the the day.
- Able to work within a team as well as working independently.
- There could be some heavy lifting up to 25 kilos.
