Salary: $65,000 to $100,000 p.a. plus statutory super - depending upon the experience
· Creating work measurement programs and evaluating work samples to create labour usage standards.
· To identify the best worker and equipment efficiencies, an analysis of workforce utilisation, facility layout, operational data, and production schedules and costs is conducted.
· Designing machinery, plants, systems, components, and mechanical equipment for manufacturing and construction creating manufacturing specifications and figuring out materials, machinery, piping, material flows, capacities, and system and plant layout.
· Coordinating and supervising project labour as well as the supply of supplies, machinery, and plant .
· Defining guidelines and procedures in accordance with engineering principles and safety regulations for installation, modification, testing, inspection, and maintenance .
· Inspecting the plant to make sure it continues to operate at its best overseeing the upkeep of plant structures and machinery and organizing specifications for new designs, surveys, and maintenance plans.
