The Role & The Team
As the Mechanical EngineeringTeam Lead, you will lead and develop a multidomain Engineering team to maintain CNSI assets that support ATM and ARFFS operations. Reporting to the Engineering and Partner Services Manager you will provide Engineering resources to ensure the operation of Air Traffic Management assets and systems within their respective design envelopes meet present and future delivery of services. Exhibiting a comprehensive knowledge of all Airservices' systems, operations and functions and their interactions, you will have the ability to provide high quality advice and updates on issues and risks affecting the systems supported by the engineering team.
You will lead through change ensuring work is allocated appropriately whilst ensuring successful ongoing development of team members.

The Person
The successful applicant will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering and the ability to obtain registration in accordance with state legislation (RPEQ).
- A very sound knowledge of Systems Engineering principles.
- Experience in successfully leading and delivering strategic change and improvement initiatives in a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in the effective implementation of asset maintenance, logistics and supply chain systems.
- Strong leadership, influencing, stakeholder management and communications skills.
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence.
