The Role:
Our client is looking for a trade qualified Fitter with prior experience and proven experience in problem solving and keeping production lines humming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily corrective and preventative maintenance task
- Plan and execute on annual shutdown work
- Ownership and maintenance of spare parts register
- Develop and implement a maintenance program
- Collaborate with external providers to manage specialist maintenance tasks
Knowledge and experience required:
- Trade Qualified
- Experience across pneumatics, hydraulics and fabrication
- Computer literacy and familiarisation with maintenance schedules
- A self-starter who is able to work unsupervised and also as part of a team
- Physically fit and a problem-solving aptitude
- Experience in a production environment
- Exceptional attitude towards safety and efficiency
- Able to pass drug and alcohol test
- Reliable transport and current Driver's Licence
- Australian Working Rights
