- AQF Certificate III including at least 2 years of relevant experience or 3 year's relevant experience required.
- Excellent attention to detail

- A white card (construction induction safety certificate) and preferably hold a Yellow card (SL and BL under 11 metres) and working at heights ticket.

Task and Duties include (but not limited to)
- Examining technical drawings and specifications to determine suitable materials and methods
- Adjusting machine settings accordingly and configuring machining tools by setting guides, stops, and controls.
- Proficiently cutting, assembling, repairing and testing pipe systems
- Welding and fabricating stainless steel and mild steel components as required.
- Developing pattern mechanisms to regulate the functionality of textile machinery employed.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues through fault diagnosis and executing routine maintenance tasks on machinery.
- Conducting overhauls and repairs on mechanical components when required.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality processes and standards throughout all tasks and operations.
