About the role
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team based in Geelong Victoria. You will be working on a Refinery in a petrochemical environment. We have several roles with our Maintenance and Turnaround Team.
The maintenance team will see you working Tuesday to Friday 8.75 hours per day (with the possibility for overtime).
The Turnaround commences mid-April and you will be working 6 days per week, 10 hour days for approximately 5 weeks.
These roles are casual based at Geelong, Victoria and are a gate start.
About you
As part of the UGL team, you will work collaboratively with your teammates and other work parties; fostering an inclusive culture where ideas are heard and considered. Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience preferably in continuous processing plant
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- High Risk Work Licence – WP – preferred
- Driver’s Licence – highly regarded
- Enter confined space qualification – required
- Safe work at heights qualification – required
- Construction Induction - required
- Ability to contribute to a high-preforming team
