Mechanical Fitters

Synaco Global Recruitment are looking for a Trade Qualified Fitter to work in a workshop environment in Parkhurst area, with a preferred mining/heavy engineering background.Our clientMechanical engineering business that specialises in the manufacturing and refurbishment of coal mining machines and equipment, business services extend into the New South Wales and Queensland regions, and partners in engineering works in South Africa.Opportunity/Position

• Monday to Friday from approx. 6am - 3pm
• Overtime and penalties apply.
• Workshop operation in Rockhampton area.
• Reliable, team player with resilience
• Live Locally in the Rockhampton area or have accommodation options available.

Qualification

• Must be a Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter.
• Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical, if required
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol testing

Experience

• Working on underground mining machinery.
• Advantageous to have a High-Risk Work License - LF
