Mechanical Pipe Fitter (Fitter / Machinist)

GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).

We are currently looking for multiple Mechanical Fitters (Fitter and Turners) to conduct works in the Cooper Basin working a 2/2 roster, FIFO ex Adelaide or Brisbane only.

These positions will require you to install and maintain pipework throughout the Cooper Basin area and complete machining tasks as required.  

What we are looking for:

• People with previous experience in the same or similar roles within Oil and Gas projects
• Mechanical Fitter trade qualifications – Ideally Fitter/Machinist
• Must have experience with operation of lathes and mills.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings – P & ID and Isometric
• Must have flange management experience.
• Must have experience with installation of pipe, valves and associated equipment.
• Minimum HR Drivers licence
• Rigging/Dogging Tickets
• Crane Tickets (CV)
• First Aid Cert with CPR
• A “can do” attitude
• Team player mentality
• Flexible approach
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent OSHE standards
