Mechanical/Civil (Water) Engineer

Zeb Engineering are currently looking for a degree qualified engineer, with preferably 2-3 years of post graduate experience, to join our dynamic, passionate and growing team of water engineers in Perth. As part of the role, the successful candidate will be involved in:

· Hydraulic design of dewatering and water distribution networks

· Equipment specification and selection

· Producing design reports

· Management of design drawings

· Project management and delivery of projects end to end

The preferred skills and experience for the role include:

· Degree qualified engineer (Mechanical, Civil, Process)

· A good understanding of fluid mechanics

· Experience in mining or water projects preferred but not essential

· Experience in preparation of design drawings and working with drafters

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

· Client focussed, self motivated and a can-do attitude

Previous experience in hydraulic modelling is preferred but not required – the Zeb Engineering team will provide full in house training. This is a permanent position; however, initially the role will be a casual position, with opportunity for full time for the right person.  The role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced engineers respected in the water engineering field and in time to work autonomously and as a team.
