We have an exciting opportunity to join our CDMO team as a Media Manager assisting the team in the management for all paid media across L’Oréal with direct responsibility of maximizing media channel effectiveness, reporting and to drive revenue, and business growth.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Day to day operations, lead the processes with the agency and ensure the division teams are connected and supported
- Integrate reporting process with internal teams and divisions on media reporting, best practice testing, KPI mandatories – provide insights to ensure consistency and agency accountability
- Collaborate with internal CDMO teams across key digital projects, teams include search, CRM, Ecommerce, Search in terms of the Global Learning agenda.
- Lead the implementation and internal workflow to execute the JVP partner strategy and across META, TikTok, Amazon, Google, Snap
- Lead the Media agenda for L'Oréal, supporting the director in trends and future planning across media discipline
- Improve and maintain agency relationships and evolve new processes to compliment the business
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or Similar
- A solid understanding of performance channels, including paid search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram).
- Experience with Data Analysis Tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or other marketing analytics platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- You have excellent relationship building skills and can communicate across all levels of the business.
- You are driven and a self motivated to achieve results
