We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Media Partnerships Directorwith our awesome Agyle team within Amplifi in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior media sales/partnerships Director to be part of our central dentsu team, connecting with all our media brands and across all areas of dentsu.

The role:

As the Media Partnerships Director – Agyle, you will have specific focus on the development and operational delivery of Agyle, dentsu's principal trading business model, which delivers value to our clients, through making risk-based investments with media, technology, and content partners.

Core responsibilities:

  • Actively engages and maintains relationships with the Director, Media and Team Lead Client Operations and key partners across all brands
  • Assesses the role of the team in serving client needs including relevant measures and Service level agreements (SLAs) where appropriate
  • Leads performance reporting and governance to support performance goals and continuous improvement activities to make operations more effective for clients and businesses
  • Leads in implementing a continuous improvement culture to achieve improved media client operations in coordination with Media and Performance Operations leadership
  • Leads shared service team in running root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
  • Manages campaign timelines and deliverables in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly
  • Drives the highest levels of financial control across Media Client Operations
  • Manages the annual performance review and goal setting process for direct reports

A bit about you:

  • Strong network of Publisher relationships with excellent understanding of media products
  • Working understanding of media tools and how they are utilised in an agency environment
  • Sales and partnerships background – strong negotiation skillset
  • Commercially minded with excellent financial acumen and demonstrated success in building commercial arrangements with external partners
  • Expert networking skills to generate new business leads as well as internally in matrix management – ability to engage with client teams internally
  • Media experience - able to understand industry trends, client's current expectations and future direction
