Job description

We are looking for a Medical Clinical Lead to manage the Workplace Based Assessment Program at Darling Downs Health.

About the Role

We are incentivising health workers to move to Darling Downs Health, to take up a job in regional and remote Queensland. To find our if you are eligible, click here ( https://www.healthycareers.health.qld.gov.au/attraction-incentives ), payments commence 1 July 2023.

As a senior clinician, you will provide overall clinical expert advice and management of the Workplace Based Assessment (WBA) program. You will contribute to and support the development, management, and continuous improvement of the assessment process, including reviewing and evaluating the assessment domains. Your collaborative approach will be essential to build rapport and establish strong and mutually beneficial connections with stakeholders. You will lead and support a culture of continuous quality improvement, including innovation and system enhancement, in alignment with Darling Downs Health priorities and strategic direction.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $448,311 (L27) comprising salary rates between $97.84 (L18) and $124.05 p.h. ( L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $321,018 (L17) comprising salary rates between $84.71 (L13) and $95.32 p.h. ( L17), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
