Medical Liaison Officer

City Fertility is currently in search of a professional and customer focused Medical Liaison Officer to join our team in Victoria. In this autonomous role, you will promote and drive growth of the company, through building networks and referral relationships with a range GP's, specialists and alternative health practitioners.About Us:City Fertility is a leading provider in the Fertility/IVF Services market in Australia, renowned for our commitment to excellence in patient care. We take pride in offering a comprehensive range of specialist fertility services to individuals and couples across Australia.Your Role:As the Medical Liaison Officer for Victoria, you report directly to the State General Manager and enjoy a State-wide remit in:

• Developing strategic business growth plans that incorporates events, educational meetings and other activities that foster connection and drive engagement with our organisation.
• Educate and support key stakeholders and specialists through face-to-face contact and rapport building.
• Identify and report on marketing initiatives new and current, relevant to the business.

As the Medical Liaison Officer, you will have a strong focus on elevating the brand and driving referrals across our clinics.Qualifications and skills we value:We are seeking an individual who is professional, customer focused and strategic. You will have a strong record of building industry networks and will come to this role with knowledge and understanding of the IVF/Fertility space, or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly. You will be a natural relationship builder who:

• Is experienced in a business development role.
• Has successful sales/account management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Has the ability to collaborate with an array of complex stakeholders and maintain professional business relationships.
• Is highly proficiency in computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Current Driver's License and willingness to travel throughout the wider Melbourne area.
