YOUR NEW ROLE
In this rare blue-moon pioneering role reporting to the Managing Partner (an industry-leading top calibre Accredited Specialist), you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their medical negligence claims.
You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
Only if you desire a HYBRID role, opportunity to diversify and also practice in public liability.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are an admitted solicitor in Qld + have minimum 4-20+ YEARS experience in personal injury law including in Qld medical negligence (essential);
- have strong technical knowledge of relevant legislation +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric and results- driven;
- are ambitious+ commercially astute;
- have proven ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment;
