About the role:
Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, the Human Resources Business Partner will be at the heart of our dynamic team, driving people initiatives that align with our exciting business goals. You'll have the opportunity to dive deep into understanding our business challenges and work closely with our operational leaders and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to create and implement innovative solutions. This role isn't just about the day-to-day; it’s about building and enhancing systems that make the entire employee journey amazing, setting us up for an incredible future. You'll also be the go-to person for all things HR, managing escalated issues and supporting our team in a way that builds trust and strong relationships. - Build Rockstar Relationships: Foster strong, trusted partnerships with leaders and centr3s of excellence, becoming the go-to advisor and strategic partner everyone loves working with.

- Project Whiz: Super organized with a knack for juggling multiple projects and priorities, all while keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
- Industrial Relations Guru: Expert at decoding industrial agreements and employment contracts, turning legal jargon into actionable advice for both management and employees.
- Coaching Champ: Master at coaching and communicating, with killer skills in negotiating and influencing to get everyone on the same page.
