Summary:

The Medical PMM (Product Marketing Manager) is responsible for managing the development and launch of new products or services within their industry. They work closely with cross-functional teams to research, plan and execute product development strategies, set product goals, define product vision, and create detailed product roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Identify user needs and market opportunities, define product requirements, and work with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met
• Ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with company strategy, create and manage the product backlog, prioritise features, and oversee the product development process
• Work closely with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure that they have the tools and resources to promote and support the product effectively
• Balance technical and business requirements and lead cross-functional teams to drive successful product developments in a constantly evolving Internet and New Media industry

Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of user behaviour, customer needs, and emerging trends in the Internet and New Media industry
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills
• Experience in managing the development and launch of new products or services
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, engineers, and marketers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
