Our Client: Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Medical Practice Manager to join our team. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of their clinic, allowing the team of over six experienced psychiatrists and clinical psychologist to focus on delivering exceptional mental health care.
Nestled along the serene Maroochydore River, this Clinic offers a modern, industrial haven, designed to provide a calming and safe space for mental well-being. Under the expert leadership of the founder, the team deliver patient-centred, evidence-based treatments integrating pharmacological and psychosocial interventions with expertise spanning mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, psychotic disorders, and Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Design and implement processes to maintain the clinic’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Administrative Support: Assist practitioners with paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Human Resources: Hire, train, and motivate staff, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure all records are maintained in compliance with industry regulations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise within the practice.
- Digital Management: Oversee the management of digital databases and records.
- Client Relations: Discuss problems with clients and offer solutions to enhance their experience.
- Financial Management: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records.
- In this role you will be managing, directing and supporting the team with Billing, WorkCover, DVA, Accounting, HR and staff management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Medical Practice management or a similar administrative role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in managing digital records and using healthcare management software.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing excellent patient service.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
