AddressWe are seeking a Medical Receptionist who is dedicated to providing high quality patient care to join our small but busy Gynaecology and Obstetrics specialist practice
The position is Full Time Monday to Friday consisting of 39 hours per week.
Due to the sensitive nature of the business, the successful applicant must be friendly, accommodating, sincere and caring.
The Ideal Candidate must possess the following:
Previous Reception experience (minimum of 1 year)
Previous experience in customer/patient service
Ability to handle and execute high volume workload
Ability to handle high pressure situations and patient demands
High Level Organisational skills/ Prioritisation
Strong ability to multitask
Ability to work autonomously and with others
Willingness to learn
Be able to accept constructive criticism
The following attributes are an advantage
Medical Reception experience
Gynaecology and or Obstetrics experience preferred but not essential
Previous experience with Medicare, DVA and Eclipse billing
Touch typing/ Typing experience
