Provide efficient and effective administrative duties with the Medical Records team at SALHN!
Medical Records are seeking friendly, detail orientated and professional Casual Administrative staff to join the Corporate Services Division within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN). These are casual roles with flexible working hours across 5 days.
About the Role:
The Medical Record Officer will deliver accurate and timely record services across various departments and wards. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of contributing to a multi-skilled team, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our Medical Record Service.
Key responsibilities include:

• Quality checking of documents on Sunrise (PAS system)
• Scanning, collation, creation, provision, maintenance, culling, retrieval, storage, tracking, and transportation of records
• Handling complex and difficult enquiries
• Working autonomously with initiative and limited judgment, adhering to guidelines, procedures, regulations, and instructions

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with the Sunrise (PAS) system is advantageous
