Health Technology Supplies is searching for an experienced candidate for the part time position of a Medical Sales Representative. We are a local medical supplies business that supports the WA Healthcare industry with a key focus in hospitals, day surgery, specialty fields (cardiology/vascular/fertility/radiology) and aged care.

Responsibilities for Medical Sales Representative
- Ensures sales objectives are achieved
- Makes calls on existing or potential customers and serves as front-line liaison between them and Health Technology Supplies in all matters concerning product and service delivery
- Continuously upgrades product knowledge and selling techniques
- Provides information for forecasting market sales
- Maintain strong clinical knowledge with continuous self-education
- Maintain extensive market knowledge on competitors and market environment through external and internal research
- Coordinates Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of Healthcare professionals which support our Medical Sales
- Checks with logistics and suppliers to ensure product availability
- Training with suppliers on current product/equipment portfolio to represent in WA may involve travel interstate (no more than 2 per year)
- Some country trips may be involved in supporting our regional customers, although key focus is in metro Perth.
Qualifications for Medical Sales Representative
- Clinical experience in healthcare (nursing/medicine/and alike) is desirable but not essential
- Medical sales experience is desirable
- Good interpersonal skills & communication
- Proactive and motivated to encourage growth in sales of HTS
