We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative for expanding and managing the radiology client base. This role involves building strong relationships with General Practitioner’s and specialists, networking with industry leaders, meeting sales targets, organising professional events, and providing support to the Imaging and Marketing teams.

About The Position:
As a Medical Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that promote growth and profitability
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to relationship management and business development
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, health practitioners, trades people and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience
- Address and resolve conflicts or disputes between the organisation and its stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Network with industry leaders to foster relationships and explore new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed Sales KPIs, budgets, and targets
- Schedule and book appointments to meet with GPs and specialists
- Organize group luncheons, morning teas, and other professional events to present information to doctors and their staff
- Attend conventions, social events, and engage in public speaking to promote products and services
Requirements:
In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following:
- Proven experience in relationship management, business development, sales, or a related role
- Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Proven experience in Medical Sales, preferably with GPs or specialists in the Northern suburbs or ex-Practice Manager of a medical centre
- Knowledge of Radiology processes
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to comply with and awareness of work health and safety (WHS)
- The right to work unrestricted in Australia (evidence will be required)
- A current National Police Records check, dated no later than 3 months from application (or willing to apply for one)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to apply for one)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to apply for one)
- Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination
