About the role
This full-time role will be in charge of expanding our network of Health Care Professionals. This is an educational role that will guide HCPs through the Australian framework to prescribe medicinal cannabis (MC).
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow our Health Care Professionals network.
- Organise webinars, conferences, educational events to drive awareness about the uses of MC.
- Assist with SAS B and AP applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to give market feedback and shape ANTG's strategy.
- Identify, analyse and communicate relevant changes on the market.
- Participate on internal projects as required.
- Respond promptly to medical enquiries in a manner that meets scientific and clinical needs.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials.
About you
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry preferably as an MSL in the areas of medicinal cannabis, chronic pain, chronic diseases, neurology and mental health.
- Demonstrable success in consumer products and/or pharmaceutical companies focused on the wants and needs of consumers
- Proven ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications
- CRM experience desired
Requirements
- Advanced science/clinical qualifications such as BPharm, PhD, and/or MBBS, and/or MSc and/or extensive experience within Medical or Pharmacy.
- Ability to manage hyper growth in an emerging market.
- Existing network of Healthcare Professionals and understanding of the market dynamics.
- Having an understanding of networking and referral-based sales tactics.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and highly driven to meet goals and deadlines
- Ability to initiate change and manage varying priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer focus, business acumen and the ability to think outside the box.
- VIC driving license.
