Join our dynamic team as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specialising in Medicinal Cannabis Pharmaceuticals! We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Medicinal Cannabis and/or pharmaceuticals and a passion for advancing Medical Science in the field of cannabis therapeutics. As an MSL, you will serve as a crucial link between our company and the medical community, providing scientific expertise and building strategic relationships with key opinion leaders.
Qualifications & experience
- 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry preferably as an MSL with Medicinal Cannabis experience
- Proven history of success in pharmaceutical and/or Medicinal Cannabis MSL role
- Clinical qualifications may include BPharm, PhD, MBBS, MSc
- Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM, Microsoft, and G-suite tools and ability to leverage diverse technology to achieve desired outcomes.
- Outstanding proficiency in written and verbal communication
- A pre-established network of Healthcare Professionals and comprehension of market dynamics
- Ability to combine strong clinical experience within a rapid growth industry aligned with clear commercial objectives
Tasks & responsibilities
- Engage with and educate healthcare professionals on therapeutic options for Medicinal Cannabis
- Maintain & build network of healthcare professionals, building Medigrowth brand awareness to new and existing prescribers within primary, secondary and tertiary care
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical community and establish appropriate brand ambassadors to reflect Medigrowth values.
- Establish a reputation for excellence for Medigrowth in the medical market place
- Assist Healthcare professionals with documentation including SAS-B & Authorised Prescriber applications
- Organise educational events, sponsored conferences & webinars to enhance awareness of the therapeutic benefits of Medigrowth products.
- Meet and exceed KPI's and performance metrics
- Ability to utilise existing network with focus on key prescribing areas including chronic pain, mental health, chronic disease management, neurological & developmental disorders
- Strong networking ability and ability to develop referral-driven sales strategies.
- Leverage Medigrowth's clinical, observational and case studies to drive prescriber outcomes
