The opportunity:
This is a newly created position within the Ophthalmology Business unit. This role is to be the scientific liaison for scientific exchange for key opinion leaders. This role is working with our new Ophthalmology launch product and will be part of the launch team and activities.

In this role you will:
Provide knowledge on local health care environment and health care dynamics.
Support Medical Education activities.
Identify KOL’s (key opinion leaders) develop and maintain relationships
Be responsible for gathering data from the field that generates medical insights.
Execute the tactical field plans for engagement with the medical/scientific community for this product.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
You will be an experienced Medical Science Liaison
Have experience in pre-launch products and activities
To be an experienced pharmaceutical professional
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
Excellent and strong communication.
PhD or MD (but not essential)
Education:
Preferred master’s degree in science, Business or equivalent
Additional information:
Permanent, full-time role
Valued for team contribution, ownership, and accountability.
Must be based in New South Wales, Australia
This position is field based in NSW and 65% travel is expected in line with your role.
