About the role

Anatomical Pathology is looking for hardworking, dedicated individual to join our dynamic multi skilled team that works together to provide great care, everywhere, every time.  The role will participate in a rotating roster, performing different duties daily within Anatomical Pathology.   

About you

To be successful in this role you should possess:  

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Science) or equivalent 
• Experience in Anatomical Pathology laboratory including specimen reception, embedding, microtomy, frozen sections, special stains and immunohistochemistry 
• Experience in Surgical Cut up (simple, non-complex and complex) 
• Experience in Cytology preparation and screening will be highly regarded 
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience 
• A strong commitment to high quality care 
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
