Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Completion of a medical transcription training program or previous experience in medical transcription.
- Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent listening, typing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with medical transcription software and electronic health records.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
