Access theAbout the rolePermanent full time opportunity to provide direction, leadership and co-ordination for the Medical Typing Service to ensure an efficient, effective and prompt transcription service to all clinical areas of the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH).About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Prepare a high level of transcribed correspondence to clinicians whilst meeting stipulated Key Performance Indicators.
  • Work closely with Senior Management in providing support and advice in relation to typing services and digital dictation systems to ensure an effective and efficient service.
  • Provide support and assistance (reporting or administrative) to the Health Informatics Manager in the digital transformation of Medical Typing services.
