Medicine Team Leader: Grade 4 (Lead) Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for a Senior Pharmacist to lead a team of dedicated pharmacists within our Medicine Team, and support delivery of high quality and patient focused clinical pharmacy services to our general medicine patients.
Your new role:
- Assess, plan and implement clinical pharmacy services to deliver high quality patient care.
- Supervise clinical practice & patient care activities.
- Manage and coordinate your team to achieve patient focused KPIs.
- Provide mentoring for pharmacists, technicians, interns and students.
- Promote the quality use of medicines by leading quality and safety projects.
- Collaborate with key staff within pharmacy and across RMH.
- Contribute to on call, after hours and weekend services.
About you:
- You hold current Registration as a pharmacist with APHRA, as well as a Masters of Clinical Pharmacy.
- You have extensive experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services.
- You demonstrate the ability to effectively lead a team.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
