Melbourne Collision Repair Centre – is expanding and requires experienced Administrators for our Laverton Branch
In this role you will spend your day liaising with customers, handling various administration tasks and working closely with various stakeholders in a team who is truly passionate about their jobs. Your role will directly contribute to the success of our business through customer service and efficiency
The person we are looking for will have the following attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the collision repair industry, motor insurance or vehicle repair/service industries.
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus and a friendly helpful nature.
- MUST be punctual and reliable and friendly
- Data entry and administration work experience
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- A strong team player with the ability to work autonomously without losing the sight of process and procedure
- You will have strong problem-solving skills and be a logical thinker
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a focus on professional customer service
- iBodyshop knowledge would be advantageous (but not essential)
- Must be comfortable with the day to day activities of the panel shop
- Fluent in English
