We are a boutique multicultural training agency. We invite diligent, self-motivated and experienced foreign language teachers to help develop online assessment training materials for LOTE teachers.
- The contract runs from 15 April 2024 and 11 Apr 2025
- Location/format: Southwest Melbourne (near Altona Meadows)
- Monday to Friday. 0800-1200 and 1300-1630, 7.5 hours per day, public holidays excluded
- Your duties include:
- Review the content of the current assessment training materials
- Produce sections covering Writing, Translating and Interpreting skills assessment training
- Transition assessment training content to an online platform
- Develop robust consolidation and confirmation-of-learning online activities
- Conduct the initial trial of the self-paced online assessment training and rectify any inaccuracies
- Perform other training content development tasks as directed
- Materials will be written in English
- Remuneration is $80,000 per annum
You must be/have:
- fluent in LOTE
- university educated, preferably with a degree in education/teaching
- at least two to three years of English or LOTE language teaching and assessment experience
- fluent in written and spoken English
- able to follow guidelines, friendly, confident
- passionate and enjoy assessment development
