About the role
We have an exciting opportunity available within our National Contact Centre for an employee looking to take the next step in their career as a Member Relationship Consultant.
In this role you will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members. You will understand their financial position, goals and aspirations and help align our products to their needs including personal loans, credit cards and insurance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Make it easy for our members to bank with us
- Be an expert of our products including personal loans, credit cards and insurance
- Identify members needs for specialised products and refer to relevant specialists such as our Home Loan Specialists and Financial Planners
- Display second to none service that is timely and accurate
About you
You'll have the ability to work under the pump whilst still maintaining a positive attitude. You'll also have a passion for member service with an understanding of their current and future needs. With a focus on results, you will have a strong ability to meet targets/KPIs and contribute to team success.
