Crunch Fitness is currently looking for a Member Services Coordinator to join their team on a Casual basis.

About the Role:

Every day, our people play an important part in ensuring we provide exceptional service for the many members who visit and work out within our clubs each and every day. As a Member Services Coordinator at Crunch Fitness, you’ll be joining a high-performing and member-focused team focused on providing the best experience and best outcomes for our members.

The role will suit someone who has broad administrative experience in an environment where members are the focus. Above all though we seek someone who is reliable, enjoys working in a small, close-knit team, and has a genuine "can do" attitude.

You’ll be:

  • Updating and maintaining the member database, ensuring a high level of data integrity at all times
  • Managing Membership related enquires regarding membership contracts, variations, account payments or cancellations via phone, email and directly through our Club teams
  • Recover outstanding member payments and resolve issues with accounts to ensure the success of billing
  • Collect member feedback to continually help the clubs improve our members' experiences
  • Ensure our teams in the clubs are trained and supported to do the required tasks
  • Drive membership growth by actively assisting with resolving membership-related account issues
