The role:
The Member Services IT Analyst will work with our IT team and stakeholders to configure and operate IT integrations and services between LMG and our members.
To be successful in this role, you must be a strong communication, excel at project and change management activities and be technically savvy, particularly in relation to member software POS platforms.
You will be responsible for:
- Support our members in implementing LMG’s member support services, including:
- Electronic invoicing/shelf labels
- Member portals
- Scan rebates
- Promotional pricing shutdowns
- Support installations at LMG member sites
- Oversee all POS platforms, ensuring they are efficiently integrated into the LMG ecosystem and processes.
- Train users on the new operation systems and provide support.
- Build user manuals / FAQ / Quick reference guides to assist in the adoption of new systems or processes
- Ensure projects are executed in line with LMG’s strategic plan and within the agreed project scope
- Identify and offer alternatives of continuous improvement to systems and processes
To succeed in this role you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in IT (desirable)
- At least a 1 of experience in a BA role/IT integrator/Member services function/ POS support or other distributed platform management
- Prior experience working with data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, SQL/Snokeflake)
- Prior experience in integrating third party POS platforms and other SaaS platform
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
