AddressMember Experience Specialist
We're seeking a passionate customer service team member for our Morley location with the flexibility to work at our Midland Club as required. A customer facing role, the applicant will be energic and have an outgoing personality ready to deliver a high level of service with a personal focus.
As a Member Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued gym members and guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they enter. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, cultivate a positive gym environment, and contribute to the overall success of Sista Fitness by Delivering the Difference and bringing our Values to life.

What we're seeking:
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 morning shifts per week (5:30am to 12noon), 1-2 evenings (4pm to 8pm) and 1 rotational weekend shift (7am to 12noon). Further availability and flexibility with hours will be highly regarded!

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.

- Demonstrated Customer focused approach, ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
- Organised, Detail-oriented, Team player.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to use financial and booking systems with high level accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed and approachable.
