Providing our members with friendly, fast, reliable and effective service is essential to us. Therefore, we are looking to add to our Service team an enthusiastic Member Support Representative keen to deliver a personal and premium member experience. To help you deliver this, we encourage and provide a flexible, innovative and fun workplace.

The role is based at our brand-new offices in Osborne Park, and this opportunity comes with full-time salary, flexible working arrangements, and other bonuses, including an allowance for your very own solar battery system. 

About you:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Demonstrated ability to assist customers with queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Well-developed time management, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Have demonstrated success in a fast-paced customer-facing role.
  • Have an interest in renewable energy.
  • Experience in renewable energy, energy or the electrical industry would be highly advantageous.

About The role:

  • Efficient handling of general, billing and technical member queries.
  • Assist in identifying continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Create a simple and extraordinary member experience across all interactions over multiple communication channels: voice, live chat & email.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership of issues/scenarios presented day to day, managing them through to completion within designated timeframes.
  • Create engaged members and facilitate organic growth through relationship building and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure accurate records are kept and that we document member service actions and discussions in our CRM. 
  • Assist in developing strategies to reduce member calls.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the hardware installed in members’ homes.
