What you will be doing:
If you are interested in starting your real estate sales career this is the opportunity for you! Working alongside a successful and established selling Principal you will be exposed to the entire sales process. You will have access to daily one on one training which will enable you to develop your sales career and earn an uncapped income through a lucrative commission structure.
- Attend daily team meetings
- Prepare for and attend appraisals with the Principal
- Manage buyer inquiry
- Letter box dropping and door knocking
- Open home and auction preparation
- Prospecting and database management
- Open home call backs
- Attend photoshoots
- Learn to negotiate and close sales on your own
- Attend building and pest, valuation and pre-settlement inspections
The right candidate will have:
- Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration
- A passion for sales and hunger to succeed
- The confidence to talk to clients on the phone
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- Previous retail sales or customer service work experience
- Full Australian working rights
