Membership Consultant - Anytime Fitness Bacchus Marsh

We currently own multiple Anytime Fitness clubs in Victoria and are continuing to grow our business. We are looking for the right person to join or fun and expanding team! Our passion is helping people live the lives they desire through providing a fun, energetic and welcoming environment where they can achieve their health and fitness goals while also improving their health physically, emotionally and mentally.

Position Summary 

Anytime Fitness Bacchus Marsh is looking for a casual Membership Consultant to join our team (25-30 hour per week). 

As a Membership Consultant, you are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical for member engagement and day to day operations of the club. From making potential and current members feel welcome the moment they step in our club, genuinely caring about our members health and fitness journey, and maintaining the operations of the club. 

Your success is important to us. You will work closely with the Club Manager to; develop and upskill and become a part of our long-term vision.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Club Manager in the day to day running of the club
• Calling prospects and discussing their fitness goals and how we can help them
• Managing existing clients with their needs
• Touring new prospects around the facility 
• Achieving performance targets monthly
• Creating a fun and energetic environment for members to be in everyday 
• Keeping the club clean and safe for all members  

Qualifications and Experience 

• Sales experience (fitness or retail)
• First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children check and Police Check 
• Strong verbal communication 
• Working within team environments  
• Quick thinker and leaner
• Work autonomously  
• Passionate about health and fitness 
• Be available evenings
