The Position
As a Membership Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of memberships within Saint Haven. Your role involves growing and maintaining the member database, nurturing membership applications, consistently seeking opportunities for growth to assist members in living their ultimate life at Saint Haven.
Your key accountabilities for this role include:
- Overseeing all aspect of memberships at the relevant Club/s including managing the membership database, management reporting and driving strategic sales and retention strategies
- Nurture and manage member applications from enquiry to integration
- Conduct tours with prospective members showcasing the Club's services, offerings and facilities
- Ensuring prospective members are the right fit for Saint Haven
- Consistently communicate with prospective members on all application progressions and member openings
- Ensure members are onboarded through a world class experience
- Work closely with management team at Saint Haven on all membership related matters
- Answer any facility-based questions that potential members have or finding the answers for them if unsure
- Consistently seek opportunities and assist members to live their ultimate life
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings
The Successful Candidate
To thrive in this role, we require someone with the following skills and characteristics:
- You have significant experience in membership sales, ideally in the fitness, wellness or hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in achieving sales targets and accelerating revenue growth
- You know what it takes to make someone feel special – you understand that customer service extends just beyond ‘service’. You curate experiences and make people feel truly cared for
- You are people focused – you are genuine, honest and operate with integrity. You thrive on watching your team succeed and develop their skills and experience
- You are self-assured- you listen intently, you speak eloquently, you are great at explaining things and are comfortable communicating at all levels
- You are driven – you’re perceptive, ask questions and always strive to understand the bigger picture
You must be available to work some early morning and evening shifts.
