Men's Behaviour Change Facilitators

Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We are recruiting for qualified Principle Men's Behaviour Change Facilitators to work onsite in Ballarat. Multiple options available to suit your availability, including ongoing work in a casual capacity 1-4 evening shifts per week, or on a part-time contract.The Men's Behaviour Change Facilitator is responsible for the preparation and facilitation of Men's Behaviour Change group sessions in accordance with the NTV Minimum Standards and the relevant curriculum, including critical session debriefing. The MBC Facilitator will work collaboratively with the Men's Behaviour Change Practitioners and Family Safety Practitioners by sharing information and/or safety concerns or risks identified at group to support the safety of impacted family members.Skills & Experience:

• Hold a Bachelors of Social Work or equivalent qualification (in line with REC209)
• Qualify as a Principle Facilitator in line with MBC Program standards.
• Minimum one year experience working in the Family Violence service system.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of risk and safety, with training and experience using MARAM. Framework.
• Demonstrate an awareness of culturally sensitive practice when providing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, CALD and LGBTIQ+ communities.
• Availability to work evenings, 4pm-8pm Monday to Thursday.

You will also be willing to undergo police and Working with Children Checks, as well as provide 2 recent managerial references.Why work with Tradewind?
