The roles
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible primarily for the facilitation of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs, undertaking eligibility assessments for the Family Violence Programs, providing Men’s case management, one on one support and conducting risk assessment and risk management of program participants. These roles also involve developing case plans for eligible clients that identify a range of realistic and achievable change goals and engage each client with other social and universal services as appropriate.
The permanent part time position is working three (3) days a week and the full time position is for 12 months covering parental leave with the possibility of extension. Both roles will be at our Cranbourne North centre and will require one evening shift.
About you
- Degree in social work, or a related social science discipline.
- Completion of ‘No to Violence’ Graduate Certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management (Male Family Violence), or significant relevant group work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with a range of Family Violence and the ability to articulate practise framework including engagement and assessment.
- Experience in the provision of high-quality risk assessments of individuals and families, where Family Violence is an identified risk.

The base salary range is $92k-$99k (pro-rata) per annum.
