The organisation provides high quality, person centered case management and therapeutic supports to men undertaking the Men's Behaviour Change Program (MBCP).About the Role:We are recruiting an experienced Men's Family Violence Practitioner to work with a leading not for profit organisation. The role will provide specialist case management and co-facilitation of the Men's Behaviour Change Groups to clients who are engaged in the MBC program. There is the option of a Fulltime locum contract OR causal evening group facilitation (minimum 2 nights per week).Key Duties:

• Deliver high quality case management services to men undertaking the men's behaviour change program to reduce the risk of violence to affected family members.
• Provide assessments, intensive response interviews and individualised support for men undertaking the MBCP.
• Co-Facilitate the Men's Behaviour Change Programs.
• Maintain current knowledge of Family Violence related legislation, regulations, theories and frameworks.

Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Minimum 12 months experience working in a Family Violence Program
• Understanding of Family Violence theoretical frameworks and interventions
• Comprehensive MARAM training and experience utilising this with people who use violence
• Principal facilitation experience highly desirable
