We are currently on the look-out for experienced Mental Health Clinicians across The Wagga Wagga & Riverina region. We are partnered with local and national NGOs who require Clinician's with previous experience of providing high quality Mental Health interventions and care planning.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Mental Health assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and other modalities as appropriate
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute Mental Health challenges
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach efforts to promote Mental Health awareness and reduce stigma

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Registration with the appropriate professional body (AHPRA, AASW etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in providing Mental Health assessment and intervention services, preferably within a community setting
- Strong understanding of Mental Health disorders, treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain
