About the role
This position provides specialist Mental Health assessment, care planning and case management for children and Adolescents. This role is operationally responsible to the Team Leader of the Community MHDA Team in Cowra and operates under the strategic guidance of the District Clinical Coordinator Specialist Mental Health Services for CAMHS.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other health professionals, government and non-government agencies. Providing outreach to Grenfell and Canowindra as required. Improving the quality of life for people with severe and complex Mental Health needs requiring intensive intervention in a community setting.
