Mental Health Clinician
Continuing Care Team – Adult Community Mental Health Services
Multiple full-time positions are available.
Part-time (0.8 FTE) will be considered.
The Role:
Our Mental Health Services - Continuing Care Team (CCT) provides ongoing specialist treatment and support to meet the identified recovery goals and needs of clients with serious Mental Health issues in the community, as well as providing support and assistance to external agencies.
An experienced Mental Health Clinician is required to join our established team.
The position is full-time, however part-time (0.8 FTE) applications may be considered.
Shifts are currently rostered in business hours, Monday to Friday, however this is subject to change with an exciting, transformed model of care aligning with the outcomes from the Royal Commission into Mental Health.
To be successful in this role you will have a relevant degree in either Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy.
Applicants will meet the necessary criteria outlined for this position.
Employment Conditions:
This position is classified as an RPN3, SW2, OT2 or Psych2 under the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement.
